The Work

Most of my clients arrive having already tried everything.


The 5am morning routine. The cold plunges and the journalling and the meditation app they opened twice. The holiday that didn't quite reset them. And it helps — a little, for a while. But somehow they always end up back in the same place. Wrung out. Running on empty. Wondering why nothing seems to stick.

What nobody told them is that this isn't a stamina problem. It's not about doing less, or resting more, or finding better balance. It goes deeper than that.

The patterns that got you here — the drive, the self-sufficiency, the relentless forward motion — were never just habits. They're held in your body. In the way you breathe when you're under pressure. In the decisions you make from depletion and call clarity. In the quiet but persistent sense that stopping, even briefly, might mean something falls apart.

The Journey

The 90 Day programme has a beginning, a middle, and an end — three distinct phases that build on each other, each one going deeper than the last.

Weeks 1–4

Locate

Where are you actually? Beneath the surface — in your patterns, your body, your energy. We map what's driving you, what's draining you, and what's been buried under the doing. Most clients describe this phase alone as quietly revelatory.

Weeks 5–8

Dissolve

The root work. Using breathwork, somatic tools, and deep inquiry we go to the source of what's keeping you stuck in the cycle. This is where real shift happens — not just insight, but genuine change at the level of the body and identity.

Weeks 9–12

Rebuild

You now have access to a different way of operating. We design the practices, the rhythms, and the version of you that sustains this — so that when life gets hard again, you don't just end up back at zero.

About me

I know what it looks like
from the outside.

The title. The trajectory. The boxes ticked in the right order.

For fifteen years I built that life. I scaled high-growth tech companies across New York, San Francisco, and London. My last role was SVP of Commercial at a 3,000-person publicly traded payments company, reporting directly to the board. By every external measure, I was winning.

And then, in the space of a single week, it was gone.

I lost my job and my relationship simultaneously. And what I found underneath stopped me cold — I didn't know who I was. Not underneath the title. Not underneath the plan. I had spent fifteen years performing a life I thought I was supposed to want, and never once stopped to ask if it was actually mine.

The signs had been there for years. The eye twitch that wouldn't quit. The 3am wake-ups with a mind that simply would not stop. The knot in my shoulder that no chiropractor could touch. I had been cycling through burnout my entire career — I just didn't have a name for it.

What followed was the most important journey of my life. I worked with an extraordinary coach. I went to India, Portugal, Bali. I trained in breathwork, somatics, yoga, meditation, and reiki.

Over five years I devoted myself to studying — and living — everything that genuinely helped me understand myself. Including, perhaps most surprisingly, how to rest.

I now weave all of it into the work I do with clients. Not one method — everything that actually worked, held together by the direct experience of what it costs to lose yourself. And what it takes to come back.

I would not be here without the coach who held space for me at my lowest point. It is why I do this work. And it is why I know — with complete certainty — what is possible on the other side.
