Think of it as a mid-year pause. A chance to breathe, reset, and reflect on everything the first half of the year has brought β and everything you're calling in next.
Weβll sip cacao, share a grounding breath practice, and sit in a short meditation to set our solstice intentions together.
Itβll be gentle, nourishing, and about 50 minutes. After that, if youβd like to stay weβll have a brunch picnic β bring some fruit or anything youβd like to share Itβs a sweet chance to connect with lovely humans and start the weekend slow and spacious.
Exact location to be announced closer to the date, but it'll be in a hackney park (in case of rain it'll be held at my home in Haggerston).

Despite achieving great outward success, inside it was a different story and she experienced multiple burnouts. This led Hannah on an inward journey, and now she is passionate about changing the way we work and live, by embracing the power of pausing. Hannah has 400 hours of training in Somatics, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation. She has a Reiki Level 1 qualification.
