A Seaside Retreat for the Changing Season

Join us to mark the end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn.

After the high energy of summer, the Autumn Equinox brings again equal amounts of light and dark to our days. It’s the perfect time to pause, reflect & invite more balance.

This transformative afternoon retreat by the sea will help you release what no longer serves and set intentions for the new season ahead.

This is an intimate event with just 9 spaces available so book early to avoid disappointment!

What you should bring: 

  • Your favourite mug for cacao 

  • Journal and pen 

  • Swimsuit and towel 

  • Warm coat or dry robe 

  • Water and snacks 

  • Wear comfy warm clothes 

Location

Natural Fitness Centre on Eastbourne seafront, followed by a 30 minute guided seafront walk and then cacao ceremony & deep rest at a local studio.

If you are travelling from London it’s a 1 hour 20 min direct train from London Bridge to Eastbourne. From Eastbourne railway station it’s a 15 minuite walk to the meeting point at Luna Hut Sauna. Some recommended trains are below, but of course feel free to arrive earlier and explore the town or have a light lunch before our retreat begins.

Outward Train: London Bridge to Eastbourne departing 10:48 arriving into Eastbourne at 12:11.

Return Train: Eastbourne to London Bridge departing 18:00 and arriving into London Bridge at 19:29.

If you are driving there is ample parking on Eastbourne Seafront near Luna Hut.

A Whatsapp group will be created before the event so that you can connect with others and share travel plans should you wish.

Hannah spent 15 years working in tech in New York, Silicon Valley, and London. Despite achieving great outward success, inside it was a different story and she experienced multiple burnouts. This led Hannah on an inward journey, and now she is passionate about changing the way we work and live, by embracing the power of pausing. 

Hannah’s retreats invite you to reconnect with your inner strength through somatic practices, breathwork, movement, and meditation. She is a 300-hour RYT specializing in Restorative and Elemental Flow Yoga, a certified Pranayama Breathwork Instructor, a trained Somatic Facilitator, and a Level 1 Reiki Energy Healer. With over 500 hours of personal therapy and coaching, Hannah brings a grounded, deeply embodied approach to creating spaces where true transformation can unfold.
