This day retreat is designed as an intentional pause for busy founders.
You’ll emerge with an improved connection to your authentic self, enabling better decision making, and enhanced connection with those around you - in & out of the business.
Join us for a carefully curated programme of inspirational workshops, and revitalising wellness experiences. We’ll use a combination of movement, meditation, breathwork, cold water immersion, sauna, hot tub & nature connection practices to recharge and re-energise.
All of this with excellent food, and even better company from your SaaStock founder community in a beautiful setting.

We have a new location for 2025! Nestled in the breathtaking Hertfordshire countryside, The Croft Farm is a tranquil oasis with its own forest wellness spa, just a 30 min train ride from central london and 40 mins in a taxi from London Heathrow Airport.
This is a day retreat, but accomodation can be arranged at the farm should you wish to stay the night - just let us know.

Train: London Euston → Hemel Hempstead (23–32 minutes)
Bus: Hemel Hempstead → Great Gaddesden via Routes 30 or 31. Then walk approximately 20 minutes to The Croft

Your facilitators:
Hannah has spent the past 15 years scaling high-growth SaaS businesses in New York, Silicon Valley, and London. Despite achieving great outward success, inside it was a different story and she experienced multiple burnouts. This led Hannah on an inward journey, and now she is passionate about changing the way we work and live, by embracing the power of pausing.
Gracie is a qualified Holistic Health, Life and Movement Coach with experience in helping hundreds of people in transforming their wellbeing in body, mind and life. Entering into the world of health after a career in corporate events, Gracie has a passion and understanding for how best to support professionals to thrive in life and business.

Loose fitting clothing, or exercise clothes, or whatever you are comfortable and can breathe and move in! Swimwear and a towel if you would like to participate in the forest spa.
